I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in both individual and group settings dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social skills, identity issues, and relational issues. I use a variety of therapy frameworks to best fit your situation including person-centered, attachment theory, play therapy techniques, and other creative therapeutic methods.
