Next Steps

  • Reach out to Sojourn through the contact link below. Let us know what you’re seeking help for and if you have a therapist preference.

  • Sojourn will reach out to schedule a consultation call. Consultation calls typically last 15-20 minutes and provide the opportunity for you to share what you are seeking help for as well as ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. If the therapist seems like a good fit for you, we will get you scheduled for your first appointment.

  • The goal for the first session is to connect with your therapist. During this session, the space is set for you to share your story to an empathetic listening ear, as well as share your goals for counseling and process through what would make counseling feel like a win. From there, your therapist will provide additional information on what to expect from the sessions moving forward.
